Saya merupakan mahasiswa PhD di Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Budapest. Minat riset saya pada psikometri, test-taking experience, inteligensi dan kepribadian. Saat ini saya sedang mengembangkan Computerized Adaptive Test (CAT), sebuah tes berbasis Item Response Theory yang mampu memilih butir sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta tes. Secara khusus, saya tertarik pada dampak psikometris dan psikologis dari CAT. Saya menyelesaikan studi Sarjana dan Magister di Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Indonesia, di mana saya mengembangkan tes kepribadian versi pendek untuk orang Indonesia. Saya masih menjadi dosen psikologi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, Indonesia. Saya berencana menggunakan website ini untuk memposting pengalaman saya sebagai mahasiswa PhD dan dosen, serta mencatat proyek-proyek saya.
